DBVerb — David Bendeth's Signature Reverb Plug-In

DBVerb is a reverb plug-in from Make Believe Studios and Metric Halo, built around producer David Bendeth's workflow. Four parallel engines sit on dedicated faders, so you blend them like a real console. It replicates 12 of his favorite reverb patches, pulled from the recalls of mixes for artists such as Paramore, Bring Me The Horizon and Breaking Benjamin. It runs as AU, VST2, VST3 or AAX on Mac and as VST or AAX on Windows in any major DAW.

Four Faders, Endless Combinations

Each strip offers three reverb settings, a length control that can shorten any reverb down to a gated sound, and solo and cut switches. A master section with pre-delay, a high shelf with three frequency options, a variable high-pass filter and a dry/wet control shapes the whole chain. The resizable UI and MH Preset Manager keep settings portable across machines.

Built for Producers Who Want Great Reverb Fast

This signature reverb is the right choice for producers who want a professional sound without endless preset menus. David's own approach is to start with the SML strip and add progressively gnarlier effects from the strips to the right, automating solo, cut, faders and filters as the mix demands. The fader workflow makes it easy to get a great sound and hard to create a bad setting. Licensing uses an iLok.com account with two activations, and an iLok dongle is optional.
