Soundiron Whale Drum (Цифровий товар)

Whale Drum by Soundiron is a modern example of one of the oldest instrument families: the tongue or slit drum. This library captures the sound of a large vermilion tongue drum with mallet, stick, and brush articulations, as well as a smaller slit drum and a wooden toy xylophone. It is designed for the full version of Native Instruments Kontakt.

• Sound Content: Features marimba-like warmth with a dreamy tone, gentle rounded attack, and undulating decay. It includes recordings of each mallet-struck note at both tongue center and edge positions, with an average of 10 dynamic velocity layers and 10 round-robin variations per note. Additionally, stick and brush articulations were captured over various edges and surfaces around the drum.
• Recording Quality: Recorded in a dry studio environment and a large reverberant hall, providing both dry and wet sounds ideal for diverse musical arrangements.
• Additional Instruments: Includes recordings of a smaller 3-note slit drum and a wooden toy xylophone. Also, offers a selection of delicate atmospheric pads and evolving ambiences sculpted from the original acoustic material.
• Interface Features: The UI includes sound-shaping controls such as swell, attack, release, offset, vibrato, filter, pitch, and more. It also features an LFO system, arpeggiator, and a full DSP effects rack with convolution reverb, offering custom rooms, halls, chambers, and FX environments.
• Technical Specifications: Contains 3,173 stereo samples, recorded in 24-bit/48 kHz PCM format, requiring the full retail version of Kontakt 5.5 or later.
