Orange Crush 35RT — 35W Analogue Combo Amp with CabSim, Reverb and Tuner

The Orange Crush 35RT stands as the most powerful model in the Crush range, delivering 35 Watts of pure analogue tone through a custom 10″ Voice of the World speaker. With twin footswitchable channels, an all-analogue signal path, and a built-in tuner, everything from clean headroom to saturated drive is within reach. For guitarists seeking authentic Orange character in a portable, mains-powered package, the 35RT is a top contender.

Standout Engineering: CabSim, Buffered Loop, and All-Analogue Circuitry

Packed into an 11 kg cabinet, the engineering in this model goes beyond typical practice amps. The CabSim headphone output emulates a miked-up Orange 4×12″ cabinet loaded with Voice of the World speakers, ensuring silent sessions feel like playing a real stack. A fully buffered, low-impedance effects loop works seamlessly with any pedalboard, while the all-analogue signal path keeps the response lively at every gain setting.

Power and Speaker — 35 Watts Through a Custom 10″ Driver

The output stage pushes 35 Watts into a custom 10″ Voice of the World speaker, giving you enough volume for small gigs and clean headroom for home practice.

• Output Power: 35 W — delivers headroom suitable for small-venue gigs

Onboard Features — Reverb, Tuner, Effects Loop, and Aux In

With a digital spring-style reverb that blends ambience while preserving the guitar’s core tone, and an integrated chromatic tuner for quick tune-ups, this model also features a buffered effects loop to keep all your pedals at peak performance.

• Reverb: Digital spring-style with analogue dry-through
• Tuner: Integrated chromatic — lets you retune quickly between songs
• Effects Loop: Fully buffered, low-impedance — pedalboard integration with no signal loss
• Headphone Output: CabSim-loaded — provides silent practice with real amp feel
• Footswitch Input: Yes — compatible with the Orange FS-1

Who Is It For — Home Practice, Recording, and Small-Venue Gigs

This instrument is ideal for home players using the CabSim headphone output for silent practice, bedroom producers sending tones straight to an interface, and pedalboard users taking advantage of the buffered loop. A 10″ Voice of the World speaker and 35 Watts ensure you’ll be heard even when rehearsing with a drummer.

Brand & Product Story — Orange's Crush Lineage

Since its launch in 2000, the Crush series has seen continual refinement, with the latest models offering substantial improvements. King’s X guitarist Ty Tabor, who relies on Crush amps both live and in the studio, calls them his number one choice. The same 4-stage preamp design from the Crush Pro series is used here, reflecting over 50 years of reliability that define the Orange brand.
