NRG EDK-600 Performance Kit Black Electronic Drumkit

NRG EDK-600 Performance Kit — A Complete Electronic Drum Setup Ready to Play

The NRG EDK-600 Performance Kit delivers a full electronic drum experience in one box, aimed at drummers who want a ready-to-play rig without buying components separately. At the heart of this kit sits a sound module loaded with 909 drum samples, giving players access to acoustic kits, electronic textures, and percussion voices across genres. A 40 + 40 preset structure lets a drummer store custom configurations for studio sessions, live shows, and practice and recall them instantly. The kit ships with 70 built-in songs and a built-in metronome for focused practice.

What Sets This Electronic Drum Kit Apart

What makes this electronic drum kit stand out is the breadth of its sound library combined with deep connectivity. The module exposes both MIDI and USB ports, allowing the kit to act as a controller for virtual instruments in a DAW or as a sound source for external hardware. A headphone output is built in for silent practice, while the absence of an SD card slot keeps the workflow streamlined around USB and MIDI. The included hardware is matched to the module's trigger inputs, so the kit is plug-and-play out of the box.

909 Sounds and 40 + 40 Presets — A Sound Engine Built for Range

The sound module is the brain of this kit, and its sample count matters. With 909 sounds loaded into the engine, players move between acoustic drum kits, electronic percussion, and effect-laden one-shots without loading external libraries. The 40 + 40 preset structure splits memory between factory kits and user-editable slots, so a drummer can save custom configurations for different bands or genres.

• Number of Sounds: 909 — covers acoustic, electronic, and percussion voices in a single module
• Number of Presets: 40 + 40 — factory slots plus user slots for custom kit recall
• 70 built-in songs ship with the module for play-along practice and learning new material

MIDI, USB, and a Built-In Metronome — Connectivity for Studio and Stage

Connectivity turns an electronic drum kit from a practice tool into a creative hub. This model supports MIDI for triggering virtual instruments and external modules, and includes a USB port for direct digital connection to a computer or DAW. The built-in metronome removes the need for a separate timing device, while the 70 built-in songs serve as backing tracks.

• MIDI Interface: Yes — trigger virtual instruments and external sound modules
• USB: Yes — connect directly to a computer or DAW for recording and sound editing
• Metronome: Yes — built-in timing tool for focused practice sessions
• A headphone output is built in for silent practice without disturbing neighbours or housemates

Bass Drum Pedal, Hi-Hat Stand, Snare Stand, and Drumsticks — Everything in the Box

The hardware bundle is what makes this a true Performance Kit rather than a module-only purchase. A dedicated bass drum pedal, hi-hat stand, and snare stand are included, so the kit is mechanically complete the moment it is unboxed. Drumsticks and a drum key ship alongside the module, and an adapter powers the whole setup.

• Bass Drum Pedal: Included — ready for immediate kick drum play without extra purchases
• Hi-Hat Stand: Included — supports standard hi-hat controller operation
• Snare Stand: Included — proper snare positioning for natural playing posture
• Drumsticks and a drum key ship in the box so the kit is playable the moment it is assembled
• Power Supply: Adapter — mains-powered operation, no batteries required

Who Should Choose the NRG EDK-600 Performance Kit

The EDK-600 Performance Kit is the right choice for drummers who want a complete electronic drum setup in a single purchase. Intermediate players will appreciate the 909-sound library and the 40 + 40 preset structure for custom kit design. Home practice is well served by the headphone output and built-in metronome, while MIDI and USB connectivity make this kit equally useful for bedroom producers laying down tracks in a DAW. Beginners benefit from the 70 built-in songs and the all-included hardware. Players in apartments gain a low-volume practice rig that still feels like a real kit under the sticks.
